We not only have a Troop Meeting every week, we also have Troop Campouts usually on the 3rd week of _each_month! We believe that the best learning occurs when doing, and Troop 178 is a Scout-led Troop. Troop 178's adult leaders have extensive Scouting experience and training. |
Why Scouting? Scouts take part in a great self-led program of activities from kayaking to coding. They develop character skills like resilience, initiative and tenacity: employability skills such as leadership, teamwork and problem solving; and practical skills like cooking and first aid.
