Welcome to Boy Scout Troop 25!
Our mission is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Our Vision is to prepare every eligible youth in America to become a responsible, participating citizen and leader who is guided by the Scout Oath and Law. We strive to do this through shared experiences, team building, and developing the leadership skills of each scout.
Troop 25 prides itself on allowing our older scouts the opportunity to teach and lead the younger scouts in order to hone their leadership skills. We have many troop adults overseeing the scout leadership and supporting the accomplishments of the troop. Troop 25 allows each scout to progress and develop at their own pace with no pressure from their peers.
Becoming a member of Troop 25 is a great way to learn not only about the great outdoors, but also about yourself and others. Our troop is a great place to follow your passions and broaden your horizons by expanding your knowledge and mind while learning life skills. We do this through our monthly camping trips, activities, and excursions, as well as our weekly meetings. If you are looking for a place where you are accepted and your interests are valued, then we invite you to come visit us.
Troop 25 is located in Madison, NJ. Our meetings are held every Monday evening at 7:30 PM, at the Presbyterian Church, 19 Green Avenue, Madison, NJ 07940. Come join us and see for yourself!
