We are a scout-led troop of girls who love outdoor adventures, backpacking, hiking, camping, wilderness medicine and backcountry cooking, all with a heart for service to our community!

Sure there’s the adventure, the camping, and the skills, but the real genius of scouting is the leadership opportunities it provides. Scouts BSA has been developing the leaders of tomorrow for 110+ years! Girls in Scouting are learning lifelong lessons they’ll use to be successful throughout their lifetime.
Troop 4103 Achievements
Troop 4103 is the proud multi-year recipient of the Journey to Excellence Gold Award, since being founded in 2019. This award represents the high performance standard in the program the Troop offers to the scouts.
The coveted National Outdoor Challenge Award (2021), earned thanks to our troop's focus on outdoor merit badges and activities.
Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable in the Scouts BSA program. Troop 4103 is honored to be the home troop of a member of the first class of female Eagle Scouts. One of our founding members was inducted only two years after BSA welcomed girls into their ranks!
