Troop 6177

Our vision is to implement the four aims of scouting (character development, citizenship training, mental and physical fitness, and leadership development). We do this through weekly meetings, leadership meetings, campouts, summer camps, service projects, high adventure events, and more.
Our mission is to build a unit with a focus on parental involvement and youth leadership.
Our core values are based on the scout law. A Scout is Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent.
Our goal is to create an opportunity for and foster youth leadership of the unit.
