Welcome to Troop 8888!

Troop 8888 is the first and oldest all-female Scouts BSA Troops in Scouting America under the W.D. Boyce Council. Formed to ensure our female scouts develop strong leadership abilities and advance their skills while maintaining a supportive, fun, and encouraging atmosphere.

• Fun Weekly Meetings

The troop carefully adheres to all National Scouting policies, especially Youth Protection, which is required of all adult leaders and parents.

Scouts, Parents, and Volunteers

The success of Troop 8888 depends on the involvement and commitment of our Scout parents and adult volunteers! There are many opportunities for formal and informal participation in your Scouts experience. Please reach out if you are interested in participating in Scouts, big or small!

In addition, the troop relies on a dedicated committee to coordinate everything behind the scenes. The troop is always looking to fill all available roles and does not typically require a large time commitment. If you are interested, please reach out!
